Independent platform position
The service is a third-party software product. Platform rules, API behavior, account status, and enforcement decisions remain outside our control.
These terms explain the product boundary, acceptable use, risk allocation, and liability limits for BullHorns Matrix and related desktop tools. They are written for teams using TikTok matrix software in real business operations.
TikTok matrix software sits in a policy-sensitive operating environment. Before you use any automation, content, messaging, payment, or account-trading capability, make sure your internal process is designed for review and rollback.
The service is a third-party software product. Platform rules, API behavior, account status, and enforcement decisions remain outside our control.
Your team must validate local law, platform policy, marketing claims, customer communications, and payment handling before production use.
Queues, templates, AI drafts, and batch actions are efficiency tools. They must still be reviewed by authorized staff before high-impact execution.
We do not guarantee conversions, account safety, delivery timing, acceptance by third-party platforms, or uninterrupted availability of upstream services.
This section defines what the product is, who contracts with whom, and what is outside the product boundary.
BullHorns Matrix, BullHorns Box, the support workstation, the official website, and related commerce or delivery interfaces are software and service interfaces supplied by us or our authorized operators. They help teams organize work, but they do not replace the independent terms imposed by TikTok, payment providers, cloud vendors, telecom operators, or app stores.
Your access to third-party platforms is governed by separate contracts and platform policies. If those policies change, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account, our software may become partially or fully unavailable for that workflow.
Only authorized business users may use the product, and they must use it within lawful and reviewable boundaries.
You represent that you have the legal capacity and business authority to create a workspace, operate accounts, upload content, purchase or deliver assets, and manage staff permissions inside the service.
You may not use the service in a way that violates law, platform policy, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, or consumer-protection rules.
Matrix software interacts with accounts, devices, proxies, and platform sessions that are inherently sensitive and unstable.
You are solely responsible for proving you own or are authorized to use every account, device profile, proxy, wallet address, or content asset introduced into the system. You must not input credentials or tokens that were obtained without clear consent.
We do not guarantee that any platform will accept a login, preserve a session, maintain account health, keep traffic stable, or allow repeated automated or semi-automated behavior.
Generated content and automated workflows improve efficiency, but they remain operator-controlled outputs.
AI prompts, generated copy, translated replies, quick-reply templates, auto-reply suggestions, batch tasks, and content-processing pipelines are provided as assistive tools. Your team must review final output for legality, accuracy, brand fit, cultural sensitivity, and platform compliance before publication or delivery.
You should configure approval, logging, and rollback mechanisms before using high-volume messaging, content generation, account delivery, or financial workflows.
Commercial activity inside the ecosystem is still subject to business verification, external processing, and fraud controls.
If you use marketplace, credits, USDT, order delivery, distributor, or reseller features, you remain responsible for verifying asset legitimacy, delivery conditions, customer promises, tax treatment, and sanctions or AML obligations applicable to your market.
Payment rails, wallet confirmations, network congestion, charge disputes, support escalations, and delivery timing may depend on third-party processors or counterparties we do not control.
Security is shared. We secure the product environment, and you secure your people, credentials, and operating process.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational controls, but you must also protect workstation access, passwords, 2FA methods, internal role assignments, and export of sensitive data.
If you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, payment abuse, account theft, or cross-user exposure, you must notify us without undue delay and suspend affected actions when reasonable.
We may restrict service when legal, security, payment, or abuse concerns require intervention.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your use creates legal exposure, payment risk, platform abuse, security threats, reputational harm, or operational instability for other users.
On termination, your right to access the service ends except where limited access is needed to complete settlement, export data, or satisfy legal retention requirements.
This section limits our exposure and makes clear that risk-sensitive operations stay with the operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from platform policy changes, account outcomes, campaign outcomes, third-party network failures, or misuse by your staff or counterparties.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful content, unauthorized data use, account ownership disputes, deceptive sales, spam, sanctions issues, or misuse of automation. We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or risk changes, and the updated version becomes effective when posted with a new date.
If your team needs enterprise procurement language, reseller clarification, or a workflow risk review, contact us before going live. It is safer to confirm account, payment, and data boundaries up front than to patch them after launch.
