Commercial terms for operating an enterprise TikTok matrix system responsibly

These terms explain the product boundary, acceptable use, risk allocation, and liability limits for BullHorns Matrix and related desktop tools. They are written for teams using TikTok matrix software in real business operations.

Last updated June 24, 2026
Applies to Website, main console, Box, support workstation
Audience Business teams, operators, resellers, administrators

Three points to understand first

  • BullHorns Matrix is an independent operations platform and is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, payment processors, telecom providers, or social platforms shown inside the product.
  • The software provides management, collaboration, analytics, content, workflow, and support tooling. It does not guarantee account survival, traffic growth, payment success, or policy approval on any third-party platform.
  • Users remain fully responsible for lawful access, account ownership, consent, content review, messaging conduct, payment compliance, export rules, and local regulatory obligations in every market they operate.

High-risk product category notice

TikTok matrix software sits in a policy-sensitive operating environment. Before you use any automation, content, messaging, payment, or account-trading capability, make sure your internal process is designed for review and rollback.

  • Do not treat product screenshots, feature names, or workflow examples as legal approval from TikTok or any other platform.
  • Do not upload, operate, purchase, deliver, or transfer accounts that you cannot lawfully control or resell.
  • Do not use the software for spam, fraud, credential abuse, deceptive traffic, unlawful scraping, false identity, or restricted cross-border activity.
Terms of Service

Three points to understand first

Independent platform position

The service is a third-party software product. Platform rules, API behavior, account status, and enforcement decisions remain outside our control.

Operator-side compliance duty

Your team must validate local law, platform policy, marketing claims, customer communications, and payment handling before production use.

Automation requires human review

Queues, templates, AI drafts, and batch actions are efficiency tools. They must still be reviewed by authorized staff before high-impact execution.

No outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee conversions, account safety, delivery timing, acceptance by third-party platforms, or uninterrupted availability of upstream services.

On this page

  • 1. Service scope and contract structure
  • 2. Eligibility, authority, and acceptable use
  • 3. Accounts, devices, and platform-risk disclaimer
  • 4. Automation, AI output, and content responsibility
  • 5. Marketplace, delivery, and payment disclaimers
  • 6. Security duties and incident handling
  • 7. Suspension, termination, and policy enforcement
  • 8. Liability cap, indemnity, and legal updates

1. Service scope and contract structure

This section defines what the product is, who contracts with whom, and what is outside the product boundary.

Software boundary

BullHorns Matrix, BullHorns Box, the support workstation, the official website, and related commerce or delivery interfaces are software and service interfaces supplied by us or our authorized operators. They help teams organize work, but they do not replace the independent terms imposed by TikTok, payment providers, cloud vendors, telecom operators, or app stores.

Relationship with third-party platforms

Your access to third-party platforms is governed by separate contracts and platform policies. If those policies change, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account, our software may become partially or fully unavailable for that workflow.

  • We are not an agent, representative, or delegated reviewer for TikTok.
  • We cannot override suspension, verification, rate-limit, device, or payment decisions made by external platforms.
  • Third-party API, webpage, websocket, cookie, login, and device behavior may change without notice.

2. Eligibility, authority, and acceptable use

Only authorized business users may use the product, and they must use it within lawful and reviewable boundaries.

Authorized users only

You represent that you have the legal capacity and business authority to create a workspace, operate accounts, upload content, purchase or deliver assets, and manage staff permissions inside the service.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service in a way that violates law, platform policy, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, or consumer-protection rules.

  • No fraud, phishing, laundering, sanctions evasion, or illegal fundraising.
  • No unauthorized credential import, cookie theft, identity spoofing, or social-engineering activity.
  • No bulk harassment, spam, fake engagement, or misleading commercial messaging.
  • No uploading or delivering stolen, restricted, or unlawfully obtained accounts, devices, or data.

3. Accounts, devices, and platform-risk disclaimer

Matrix software interacts with accounts, devices, proxies, and platform sessions that are inherently sensitive and unstable.

Account ownership and credentials

You are solely responsible for proving you own or are authorized to use every account, device profile, proxy, wallet address, or content asset introduced into the system. You must not input credentials or tokens that were obtained without clear consent.

No guarantee against platform action

We do not guarantee that any platform will accept a login, preserve a session, maintain account health, keep traffic stable, or allow repeated automated or semi-automated behavior.

  • Account bans, traffic drops, security reviews, login challenges, and policy flags can happen even when the software behaves as designed.
  • Proxy, device, region, and timing strategies reduce operational friction but do not eliminate platform risk.
  • You should assume that any large-scale account operation can be reviewed or interrupted by upstream systems.

4. Automation, AI output, and content responsibility

Generated content and automated workflows improve efficiency, but they remain operator-controlled outputs.

Human responsibility for generated output

AI prompts, generated copy, translated replies, quick-reply templates, auto-reply suggestions, batch tasks, and content-processing pipelines are provided as assistive tools. Your team must review final output for legality, accuracy, brand fit, cultural sensitivity, and platform compliance before publication or delivery.

Sensitive workflow controls

You should configure approval, logging, and rollback mechanisms before using high-volume messaging, content generation, account delivery, or financial workflows.

  • Use staging or limited-scope verification before large-scale rollout.
  • Keep manual override paths for account, payment, delivery, and support actions.
  • Preserve logs so that you can investigate disputes, abuse reports, or platform incidents.

5. Marketplace, delivery, and payment disclaimers

Commercial activity inside the ecosystem is still subject to business verification, external processing, and fraud controls.

Commercial verification

If you use marketplace, credits, USDT, order delivery, distributor, or reseller features, you remain responsible for verifying asset legitimacy, delivery conditions, customer promises, tax treatment, and sanctions or AML obligations applicable to your market.

External dependency risk

Payment rails, wallet confirmations, network congestion, charge disputes, support escalations, and delivery timing may depend on third-party processors or counterparties we do not control.

  • Quoted timelines, balances, or confirmations may change when upstream networks delay or reject requests.
  • We may pause, limit, or manually review suspicious orders, withdrawals, or settlement requests.
  • Refunds, reversals, and access restoration are handled under the published order rules and the facts of each transaction.

6. Security duties and incident handling

Security is shared. We secure the product environment, and you secure your people, credentials, and operating process.

Shared security model

We implement reasonable technical and organizational controls, but you must also protect workstation access, passwords, 2FA methods, internal role assignments, and export of sensitive data.

Incident reporting

If you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, payment abuse, account theft, or cross-user exposure, you must notify us without undue delay and suspend affected actions when reasonable.

  • Rotate secrets and revoke risky sessions immediately.
  • Review activity logs, bindings, and delivery records after any incident.
  • Do not continue bulk operations while investigating an active compromise.

7. Suspension, termination, and policy enforcement

We may restrict service when legal, security, payment, or abuse concerns require intervention.

Service controls

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your use creates legal exposure, payment risk, platform abuse, security threats, reputational harm, or operational instability for other users.

Effects of termination

On termination, your right to access the service ends except where limited access is needed to complete settlement, export data, or satisfy legal retention requirements.

8. Liability cap, indemnity, and legal updates

This section limits our exposure and makes clear that risk-sensitive operations stay with the operator.

Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from platform policy changes, account outcomes, campaign outcomes, third-party network failures, or misuse by your staff or counterparties.

Indemnity and updates

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful content, unauthorized data use, account ownership disputes, deceptive sales, spam, sanctions issues, or misuse of automation. We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or risk changes, and the updated version becomes effective when posted with a new date.

Need a contract review before procurement or rollout?

If your team needs enterprise procurement language, reseller clarification, or a workflow risk review, contact us before going live. It is safer to confirm account, payment, and data boundaries up front than to patch them after launch.

This page is an operational legal summary for the public website. Separate order, reseller, or delivery terms may apply to specific transactions.
